Job Title: Senior Associate (Lead Analyst/ Supervising Analyst)
Sub Function: Risk Management Services (RMS – Conflicts Management Team)
Reports to: Service Functional Leader
Job Purpose:
The Risk Management Services (“RMS”) team plays an important role for EY in addressing the internal risks of the firm. Formed in 2007, the RMS team is growing rapidly (1000+ team members) and perform standardized risk management related activities that can be efficiently undertaken from Global Delivery Services locations.
The role of the newly established Law Conflicts Management Centre of Excellence within the RMS team is to identify and address potential legal ethical conflicts of interest involving law services. The Law Conflicts Management CoE will assess internal EY relationships with the parties involved and provide safeguards to address the threat of potential conflict to an acceptable level. The process also considers other professional ethical standards or regulatory requirements.

- Identify and address ethical/ legal conflicts of interest at EY

- Apply EY Policies and ethical professional standards.
- Perform review of conflict checks submissions.
- Analyze for conflicts of interest and prepare appropriate conflict safeguards to address the firm’s ethical obligations.

- Qualifications, certifications and education requirements:
Graduate in any discipline. (Law graduates preferred)
- Relevant experience of 3+years (preferably in International or Domestic Law firm experience or Legal/Ethical Conflict Checking but not required)
- Beginner/Advanced with MS Office, esp excel.
