Assurance Digital Content Producer (Senior Associate)

Job Summary

This position is responsible for publishing content on an internal Assurance platform. It requires a comprehensive understanding of the policies, procedures, processes, technologies, and systems that make up the firm’s content management infrastructure.

The primary objective for this role is to ensure that optimized content is delivered to practitioners at the point of need and via the firm’s enterprise content management systems according to key content publishing standards. It involves transforming technical content into searchable, hyperlinked, and navigable pages within the firm’s designated publishing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support content publishing activities for the Global region, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and contributing to timely and accurate delivery of updates.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for stakeholders, helping coordinate content needs, feedback, and publishing priorities.
• Apply technical skills to implement content updates (e.g., edits, additions, deletions) across content management systems, based on guidance from subject matter experts or team leads.
• Provide regular status updates to team leads and stakeholders, flagging any issues or delays.
• Identify and report problems, and suggest potential solutions or escalate when needed.
  
  

To qualify, candidates must have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
• Approximately 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Ability to understand how a Content Management System (CMS) works and to efficiently learn and apply custom web-publishing and formatting tools
• Familiarity with work management platforms such as Adobe Workfront
• Experience with production technologies such as XML, HTML and CSS is required (while XML is primarily used in this role, familiarity with the other technologies is desirable)
• Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently, with moderate supervision, on projects of moderate complexity and visibility
• Ability to identify and communicate problems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as a solid comfort level with technology
• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
