Talent Development Team – Learning Advisor- Assistant Manager

The opportunity
- You will be responsible for planning and executing the deployment and delivery of all Learning initiatives basis the organizational and talent objectives for the span that you are aligned to
- You will be working with Service Line leaders, learning champions, business teams and all Talent functions to ensure effective learning engagement
- You will guide and coach the team in meeting key priorities of the Talent Development function
Your key responsibilities
- Planning and execution of the Learning plan for the service line which includes needs analysis, skilling and skills assessments, learning solutioning, deployment of calendar programs, monitoring learning progress and effectiveness measurement
- You will be responsible for Learning deployment planning and management for across levels with focus on impact and effectiveness measurement initiatives
- Facilitating soft skills, communication and leadership programs as well as New Hire Orientation programs on a regular basis
- Ability to leverage use of technology and internal learning tools
- Providing insightful business inputs to the developing and designing of learning programs - classroom, e-learning or a blended learning approach in a professional services organization
- Establish trust, credibility and value-based relationships with internal customers, stakeholders and team members within the organization
Skills and attributes for success
- Have strong working knowledge and experience in Learning and Development field, with a minimum of 8 years in the domain
- Understanding business and Service Line priorities (Business Acumen)
- Proficient in leveraging Excel and PowerPoint to drive impactful results and in creating visual narratives through storyboarding
- Learning optimization, strategy and articulating learning value to business
- Possess strong and demonstrable communication, presentation and consulting skills and be able to handle multiple audiences
- Scheduling, deploying and operationalizing initiatives .
- Stand-up facilitation experience of at least 6 years
- Program management skills
- Knowledge management
- Being digitally fluent – navigate through MS-office tools/other relevant platforms and technology
- Program Management of Large-Scale Learning deployments
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduate or a post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable
- Must have 8+ years’ experience in the domain
- HR/L&D/ISTD/ASTD/CELTA/DELTA certified; PM certification will be helpful/Degree/diploma/competency assessments centres
- Experience in leading and managing multiple projects and learning activities effectively
- Have strong working knowledge and experience in Learning and Development field
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Understanding of fundamentals in Instructional Design
- Knowledge of industry trends in the learning space
- Experience working in a consulting organization or in a similar professional services environment
- Experience of working in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder management skills
