This is a role that requires incumbent to own & execute a variety of global processes related to compliance monitoring of engagements across Service Lines on Legal & Regulatory requirements & EY Policy requirements. The candidate should be comfortable working in an unstructured & complex environment requiring out of the box thinking, logical reasoning, sound verbal & written communication skills, ability to make prompt yet well-informed decisions.
The opportunity
The RM Enablement and Knowledge & Learning team play a crucial role in driving the compliance for Risk management mandatory trainings. Our primary responsibilities include generating reports and providing end to end learning support for various Global and Regional Risk Management training projects.

The Assistant manager will be responsible for team management, overseeing productivity, ensuring quality of service, managing operational aspects of the process, reporting, performance management, and the development of team members.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Apply subject matter expertise to the compliance monitoring for Knowledge & learning process.
- Develop and implement strategies to monitor and report on mandatory training compliance across all regions.
- Stay abreast of changes in compliance regulations and mandatory training requirements, and ensure the team is informed and trained accordingly.
- Act as a liaison between Global and regional stakeholders and the team members.
- Guide the team in process management and streamline data management and reporting.
- Ensure that reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Lead the recruitment and team engagement activities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams, execute against project plans, and interact with leadership and stakeholders.
Client Management
- Drive business development & scope expansion conversations with Clients
- Responsible for addressing & resolving service delivery issues / escalations
People Management
- Sensitivity to and appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives, which is important in a global organization like EY.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of operations / administrative experience in a global corporate setting
- Absolute fluency in spoken and written English; excellent listening comprehension skills
- Ability to work independently with well-developed problem-solving skills and understanding of processes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong technical understanding of and experience in the RM function preferred
- Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
Technologies and Tools
- Experience in MS office suites like Microsoft 365, MS excel, PowerPoint
- Business analytics tool like Power-BI
