Our International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice helps private capital enterprises and multinational corporations navigate complex tax and business challenges across every stage of their growth journey. By combining deep technical knowledge with a globally connected network, we advise on international tax matters, business transformations, corporate restructurings, transactions, treasury operations, and tax strategies designed to support sustainable value creation.
As our Transfer Pricing team continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Geneva office. This is an opportunity to work on complex international projects, collaborate with leading professionals across jurisdictions, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and market-leading practice.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver transfer pricing engagements with a strong focus on technical excellence, project management, and client service
- Advise clients on complex transfer pricing matters, including business restructurings, intellectual property migrations, tax audits, dispute prevention and resolution (MAPs/APAs), and supply chain transformations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering high-quality solutions tailored to clients' business needs
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities within existing client relationships and contributing to new business pursuits
- Collaborate with colleagues across tax, strategy, transaction, valuation, and legal teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Coach, supervise, and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Contribute to internal people initiatives, including recruitment, training, knowledge-sharing, and talent development
- Support the operational management of the team through resource planning, project coordination, and staff development activities
Skills and attributes for success
- 2-4 years of transfer pricing experience, ideally gained within a Big4 firm, consulting services firm, or international tax advisory environment
- A master’s degree in law, economics, tax, finance, accounting or a related field; additional cross-discipline qualifications e.g., bachelor in law coupled with master in finance are considered as an asset. Other qualifications such as CFA, Swiss Tax Expert (STEP/STEX), CPA, LLM, PhD are considered as a strong plus
- Sound understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and practical application of transfer pricing principles with ideally an experience working on cross-border projects for multinational groups
- Knowledge of valuation, finance, economics, and accounting concepts relevant to transfer pricing analyses
- Experience with transfer pricing and financial databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, Royalty Stat, Loan Connector, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters) is an advantage
- Full professional proficiency in English; French and/or German would be considered a strong asset
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into practical business recommendations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
- Willingness to travel and work in international, multidisciplinary teams
