EY Geneva's Private Clients Tax Team advises leading entrepreneurs, family offices, wealthy individuals, executives, and their employers on their tax issues in Switzerland and abroad and holds a key position in Switzerland.
Your key responsibilities
- As a (senior) consultant, you will be involved in consulting projects under the direction of your partner, with client support and responsibility being just as much a part of your area of responsibility as taking on varied project tasks
- In this position, together with our experienced specialists, you will advise family offices, private individuals and entrepreneurs on the tax-efficient structuring of cross-border issues and value-added processes at the level of individuals and companies
- You accompany national and cross-border project work, investments and reorganizations at the interface between business administration and tax law
- You support the development of mandates and the acquisition of new projects
- You will work on multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects and solve complex tax issues for our demanding national and international clients
Skills and attributes for success
- A recognized Swiss diploma in law, economy or business studies (Bachelor, Master, LLM or federal diploma); EY will support you in the Tax Expert certification
- A proven experience in Swiss and international tax law and ideally in the consulting field (considered as a plus)
- A true teammate, willing to invest yourself in a team on the long run
- Success factors that will take you further with us: teamwork, customer focus, determination, commitment, and quick perception
- An excellent level of English and French; German is considered as an advantage
