We are looking for a motivated and curious Data & Intelligence Delivery Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will support large-scale data transformation, analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives across financial services.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with modern data technologies, business intelligence platforms, and automation tools while gaining exposure to complex financial, regulatory, and operational datasets.
You will work closely with senior analytics professionals to transform raw data into meaningful insights, support data-driven decision making, and help build scalable reporting and data processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Preparation & Engineering
- Extract, transform and validate data from multiple source systems and file formats.
- Support the development and maintenance of ETL processes.
- Assist with data quality assessments and reconciliation procedures.
- Work with large datasets and perform validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support data migration and data transformation activities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Prepare regular management and operational reporting packs.
- Perform trend analysis, benchmarking, KPI monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Assist stakeholders in interpreting analytical findings.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Support automation initiatives using scripting and workflow tools.
- Help streamline repetitive reporting and data processing activities.
- Participate in the design of scalable and repeatable analytics solutions.
- Document processes, business rules, and technical specifications.
Data Governance & Controls
- Support data quality monitoring initiatives.
- Perform reconciliation and validation activities across multiple datasets.
- Help maintain documentation of data lineage, transformations, and controls.
- Assist with audit and regulatory reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Data Analytics,Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance with strong quantitative focus, Similar analytical discipline
Technical Skills
Experience or knowledge of some of the following:
- SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Excel (advanced level), Power Query, Python, Data modelling concepts, ETL principles, Relational databases, Data quality and validation techniques
Language Skills
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Professional proficiency in French is required for roles based in Geneva, while professional proficiency in German is required for roles based in Zurich.
Knowledge of any of the following would be considered an advantage:
PowerShell, Azure Data Platform, Tableau, Git, Databricks, Financial or insurance data
