Our Legal, Regulatory & Compliance practice in Financial Services is active nationally and internationally in all relevant areas of banking and commercial law. We focus on the financial services industry and support our clients in the whole variety of legal and regulatory issues. Interesting topics are waiting for you from day one.

Your key responsibilities
- Exciting project work at the interface between business, law and technology
- Processing of complex legal issues for national and international customers in the field of financial services
- Interdisciplinary cooperation in a dynamic and varied work environment at the pulse of our customers
- Direct interaction with customers
What we look for
- A master's degree in law (LL.M.); admission to the bar and/or further education is a plus
- At least 6 years of experience with advising on legal, regulatory, and/or compliance matters ideally in a Big4 or consulting services firm
- Broad expertise in the Swiss financial services, banking laws and regulations (AMLA, FinSA, FinIA, FMIA, DAP etc.)
- Proven experience in Switzerland, complemented by an established professional network in Geneva
- Post-qualification legal experience gained in an in-house environment, including experience within a bank or financial services institution in Switzerland is considered as a plus
- Business proficient English and French. Additional fluency in German and/or Italian being highly desirable
- Ability to build inclusive and high-performing teams, communicate complex ideas clearly and foster cross-functional collaboration while supporting learning and career growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoyment of challenging issues and interdisciplinary project work, high quality standards as well as affinity for new technologies and regulatory transformation
- Strong operational excellence with problem-solving and quality control skills, combined with an analytical mindset and experience in building and maintaining client relationships
