The Opportunity: FAIT Manager – Assurance Service Line
We seek qualified professionals to join our Technology Risk team in Botswana as FAIT Managers. You will lead IT consulting and assurance projects such as IT External Audits (FAIT), IT Internal Audits, regulatory reviews, data privacy, operational resilience, emerging technology risk, and controls assurance within financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT audit and consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
• Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture
• Support business development and contribute to practice growth
• Apply project management skills and leverage technology to enhance service delivery

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT external/internal audit or technology risk within financial services or professional services firms
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CMA
• Proven track record managing complex IT audits and delivering high-quality client outcomes
• Strong understanding of financial services technology landscape and regulatory environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with Oracle financial applications and public sector IT projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams and mentor staff
