We believe in teaming and collaboration across the entire firm, and consequently, we can provide a one-stop-shop concept to provide the best solutions to our clients.

When you join EY, you will get the opportunity to work on exciting challenges, complex problems and large projects in collaboration with an amazing team, and we will help you develop and specialize your skills even further, benefitting both you and our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to use your skills to provide legal advice on M&A projects and develop valuable and sustainable solutions for our clients and guide them on how to achieve their objectives. You will be responsible for all legal aspects of our advice on specific transactions and lead a team highly motivated legal colleagues to deliver value and progress.

You will work closely with our specialist in Corporate Finance and be engaging with the client at a very early stage of the transaction process. What’s in it for you

  • You will obtain unique insights and build strong relations into our M&A powerhouse.
  • We are focusing on work-life-balance and providing you with the flexibility you need, e.g. working from home and taking time off after a busy period.
  • You will be assigned to one of our offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus or another large city in Denmark, but will be able to work with anyone in EY from anywhere in the world.
  • We have an informal way of communicating in our team and appreciate a challenging and fun workday in a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • We offer great career opportunities in an international environment, focusing on developing your skills, including providing all our employees with the opportunity to obtain an MBA.
  • We will assist and support your development, to bring out the best in yourself with continuous investment in your personal well-being and career development.
