Your primary responsibility will be to use your skills to provide legal advice on M&A projects and develop valuable and sustainable solutions for our clients and guide them on how to achieve their objectives. You will be responsible for all legal aspects of our advice on specific transactions and lead a team highly motivated legal colleagues to deliver value and progress.
You will work closely with our specialist in Corporate Finance and be engaging with the client at a very early stage of the transaction process. You will work with colleagues from other countries and other service lines to provide support that also covers structural advice together with financial, tax and legal due diligence in one global integrated solution for the benefit of the client. You will experience how a cross-border and cross-functional approach and the combination of many different specialists from many different countries in one project will help you grow as a professional and provide new dimensions to your legal work.

- You are responsible, an experienced team leader with great people skills and find interacting directly with senior client stakeholders easy and natural.
- You have an eye for detail, are curious and purpose driven. We’re looking for people who see opportunities instead of problems, who ask better questions to seek better answers.
- You are an ambitious team-player, and you are used to delegate and capable of working alone when required.
