With your experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls, and third-party risk management, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our risk practice across the Nordic region. Your key responsibilities

As Senior Manager in our risk practice, you will be at the forefront of managing and mitigating risks for our diverse clients. Your days will be filled with strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and fostering innovation. You will guide teams through complex risk assessments and control frameworks, ensuring compliance and resilience in a dynamic business landscape. This role involves collaboration across the Nordics, and while based in Denmark, you will have the opportunity to travel and engage with clients throughout the region, and possibly beyond.

Additionally, we imagine you’ll bring to the table:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on enterprise risk management, internal controls, and third-party risk management.

• Proficiency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills to operate effectively in a multicultural environment, and at senior client-levels.

• A proven track record of leading and developing teams across different geographies.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex risks into clear and actionable strategies.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience from industry.

• Certifications such as CRMA, CISA, or similar.

• Consulting background could be a differentiator.

• A passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.
