The opportunity

 

The EY practice is a fast paced, ever-changing business, with clients that expect service and quality excellence delivered on all projects. The Firm has four Service Lines in the areas of Consulting, Assurance, Strategy and Transactions and Tax.

 

You will contribute in strengthening our employer brand by being passionate about marketing, data analytics and Talent matters. Be creative in leveraging modern and innovative technologies to convey our employer brand to external audiences in an engaging manner.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Be the chief storyteller for EY as an Employer of Choice – drive current and new initiatives to define and convey our differentiated brand.
  • Custodian of Singapore Talent team’s recruitment marketing collaterals, including the development (i.e conceptualization and copywriting) and curation, ensuring compliance with communication guidelines.
  • Conduct monthly business analysis and updates to review campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach to build and maintain our employer brand and drive marketing campaigns from conception to implementation. Collaborate with the recruitment team to maximize the generation and capture of relevant leads.
  • Lead local talent market employee research to gain insights and drive change.
  • Actively benchmark and utilize market research and emerging technologies to recommend trends and innovations in the social media space that will advance the talent function.
  • Manage social media content planning and asset creation for EY Singapore’s careers social media pages by identifying and creatively communicating EY stories that highlight our culture, values, and employee value proposition.
  • Review and ensure that the EVP of EY is conveyed in all outreach activities.
  • Plan and execute innovative events and programs that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.

  • A dynamic individual with a strong interest in building a niche marketing career within professional services. Results oriented with a proactive attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses a resilient mindset and adopts creative approaches to problem solving, with a keen eye for detail and a creative lens in developing marketing and social media assets.
  • Good knowledge of employer branding methodologies and modern best practices would add significant value.
  • Proficient in integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, content management, brand strategy and social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.
  • A creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of employee engagement strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English skills, with experience in copywriting to create compelling and targeted marketing messages is a plus.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-driven.  
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a background in communications, business, or marketing and prior creative agency internships are encouraged to apply.
