Your new job | About your main responsibilities
Global Mobility is an effective instrument for our multinational clients as both a talent development tool and a workforce incentive. It helps the business to put the right talent with the right capabilities, in the right place at the right time. In the international relocation of employees, people play a crucial role. That’s where you come in.

As a Consultant Mobility Talent Operate, you provide the human touch: you put our clients and their internationally mobile employees first and manage all the (little) aspects of international relocations. With your interest in international movements and HR, you know exactly which button to press. You work as part of a dedicated team through operational delivery as well as proactively thinking along with our clients to ensure the best global mobility experience.

  • Connect with our clients’ mobile employees and guide them through the process.
  • Coordinate the full assignment lifecycle, including briefings with mobile employees.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors (e.g., relocation companies and housing agencies).
  • Create and review assignment-related documentation (including balance sheets and other HR documentation).
  • Manage monthly payroll cycles: plan ahead and inform the team in time if issues arise.

The opportunity | What future are you building towards?
As Consultant Mobility Talent Operate you will work together with various colleagues on providing global mobility HR support to our clients, covering the preparation of assignment documentation such as balance sheets as well as managing relocation cases on behalf of our clients.

Your new team | About your colleagues and the office
Within the PAS Mobility department, you’ll support large international organizations in navigating the complexities of cross-border employment. Together with your colleagues, you advise on income tax, social security, insurance and other regulatory obligations that arise when employees move across borders.

You’ll work in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate closely with internal specialists and external stakeholders. Our client base is diverse — from listed companies and multinationals to family-owned businesses and nonprofit institutions — each relying on us for clear guidance in an increasingly complex global landscape. You’ll be part of a team that values quality, learning and collaboration, while keeping the employee experience front and center.

Your office | Eindhoven
Our office in Eindhoven is located in the heart of the innovative Brainport region, where technology, collaboration and social impact come together. The office is within walking distance of Eindhoven Central Station and is known for its open atmosphere, short lines of communication and typical Brabant warmth.

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

  • An academic background with at least 3 years of relevant Global Mobility or International HR experience.
  • A conscientious, quality-driven attitude — eager to deliver excellence in everything you do.
  • Experience working within high-performing teams.
  • Affinity with numbers and eagerness to understand calculations and payroll documents.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written) and preferably also Dutch.
  • A growth mindset and ambition to make an impact.
  • Critical analysis of project delivery to identify success factors and learnings.
  • Project and program management methods and techniques.
  • Ability to build trusted client relationships and create follow-up opportunities.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo, driving objectives, and continuously improving services (especially within Global Mobility).

Your benefits | About your perks and work enjoyment

  • A competitive salary that reflects your role and responsibilities, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus, a solid pension plan for the future. In addition to your salary, you’ll receive holiday allowance and an annual bonus (based on performance and development).
  • A laptop and phone for both work and personal use, and a monthly internet allowance.
  • 29 vacation days to recharge and unwind, plus the option to buy extra days.
  • With the mobility budget, you decide how you travel. Choose a lease car, a discounted public transport subscription, or arrange transport easily via our app.
  • At EY, we care about a healthy work-life balance. Hybrid working makes this easier. Whether you're working from the office, at a client, or from home, we’ll make sure you have a well-equipped home office.
  • The opportunity to work up to 20 days per year from abroad.
  • The option to swap 3 national holidays for non-national ones.
  • You’ll have the space to grow both personally and professionally. Whether you want to deepen your expertise, develop your personality, or improve your leadership style, we offer a broad range of trainings and courses.
  • Your well-being is our priority. We believe that when you feel good, you perform better. That’s why you’ll have access to the OpenUp wellbeing platform (including for your family). You can easily connect with psychologists and lifestyle experts within 36 hours and take part in wellbeing sessions.
  • A strong focus on teaming and various internal networks where you can join all kinds of social activities. A positive work atmosphere and good collaboration with colleagues contribute to your overall happiness at work.
