Your new job | About your main responsibilities
As a Manager People Consulting, you’ll be part of the People Consulting team. In our team we focus on the following competencies: Change Management, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, HR Technology, Talent & Skills and AI Adoption & AI for HR. As a manager in our team you’ll mainly focus on one of these competencies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Delivering complex transformation programs to a successful conclusion, with a focus on organization, processes, and people. This includes digital transformations, reorganizations, implementations, and process improvements.

Managing complex projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation, ensuring that resources are deployed in a timely and efficient manner.

Building strong connections with clients and proactively developing and maintaining long-term relationships, while identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities.

Driving stakeholder alignment and buy-in for impactful transformation initiatives.

Coaching and developing teams and colleagues, and acting as a role model within the organization.

Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services, particularly in the area of your specialization.

Your team
The People Consulting department consists of 40 professionals who have at least one thing in common. We have a human-centric mindset and put humans at the center of our engagements to make a lasting impact for our clients. We closely work together across our competences to make a lasting client impact. The competencies within our team are Change management, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, HR Technology, Talent & Skills and AI Adoption & AI for HR.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team beyond Amsterdam and are now looking for colleagues in Eindhoven. You will be one of the first in this location, offering a unique opportunity to help shape and build our presence there. While you will be part of our established People Consulting team in Amsterdam, your day-to-day (client) work will primarily take place in the Eindhoven region. At the same time, staying connected is key: you will join the full team in Amsterdam at least once a month for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team building, ensuring you remain closely integrated with your colleagues.

Our office in Eindhoven is located in the heart of the innovative Brainport region, where technology, collaboration and social impact come together. The office is within walking distance of Eindhoven Central Station and is known for its open atmosphere, short lines of communication and typical Brabant warmth.
Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

An academic background and 6–9 years of experience in leading transformation that involve multiple people-domains related to our competences (e.g. Change Management, HR-transformation, Leadership & Culture, Digital-HR, Talent & Skills, AI Adoption & AI in HR)

Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale projects and transformation programs in a consulting/project environment

Excellent command of Dutch (preferred) and English, both written and spoken

Results-driven, with the confidence to challenge the status quo

Commercial experience in building sustainable client relationships, identifying and leveraging opportunities, and translating client needs into effective solutions

A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people-centered solutions

Experience and/or curiosity in how to deploy AI within people related processes
