About EY-Parthenon (EYP) Mauritius
EY-Parthenon is EY’s global strategy consulting arm, working alongside C-suite leaders to solve their most complex challenges.
Our Mauritius office plays a key role in serving clients across EMEIA, and across sectors including consumer goods, energy, financial services, healthcare, telecoms, transportation, education, and the public sector. We also support leading private equity firms through strategic due diligence and post-acquisition advisory.
As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a Strategic Program Management Lead to drive large-scale transformation programs, ensure disciplined execution, and connect strategic objectives to operational delivery across key client engagements.
Your responsibilities:
- Program Governance & Oversight: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for complex, multi-geography transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Delivery Excellence: Monitor and manage program delivery and benefits unlock across multiple workstreams, prioritizing initiatives to maximize business and transformation objectives.
- Accountability & Performance: Hold stakeholders accountable for milestones, budgets, and quality standards, while fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Integration & Alignment: Connect the dots across initiatives, developing insights, identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities to optimize outcomes.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop executive-level dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and benefits realization.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to safeguard delivery timelines and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and resolve escalations effectively.
- Methodology Leadership: Champion best practices in project management, blending Agile and Waterfall approaches to suit client needs and program complexity.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive lessons learned and implement process improvements for future engagements.
What we’re Looking for:
- Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong ability to connect strategic objectives to operational execution and simplify complexity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on problem-solving and value creation.
- Expertise in both agile and waterfall delivery models, with practical experience in hybrid approaches.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to hold senior stakeholders accountable.
- Familiarity with modern project management tools and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
- Discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A university degree in management, business administration, STEM or any related field of study.
- At least 5 years of experience in program/project management within consulting or large-scale transformation programs.
- Advanced knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery methodologies.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master are highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.
