Your key responsibilities

The IT Support Associate performs daily routine technical support. This professional consults with the supervisor for task prioritization and effectively apply technical knowledge. This position also specializes in one or more areas, such as support centre / technology support, networking, telecommunications, help desk, and technology certification.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

• HSC Certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 0–2 years’ relevant experience preferred
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English and French
• Works well under pressure
• Accurate, attentive, responsible, with strong sense of duty and ownership
• Effective team collaborator

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Demonstrates strong analytical skills, a high level of responsibility, a proactive approach, excellent organizational abilities, and maturity.
• Focused on achieving results and capable of performing effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a careful approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
