We are now seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Consultant to play a leading role in delivering high impact transformation initiatives for local and global clients.

The Role
As a Senior within FAAS, you will lead finance transformation engagements that help CFOs enhance performance, strengthen governance, and unlock value through technology enabled finance.
You will combine strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver solutions across finance processes, data, and operating models — while developing high performing teams and trusted client relationships.

What You Will Do
Lead Finance Transformation
•    Lead the design and delivery of finance transformation strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and agility.
•    Translate emerging technologies into practical, value driven finance solutions.
•    Advise senior stakeholders on finance transformation opportunities aligned to CFO priorities.
•    Drive continuous improvement across finance operations and processes.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory, accounting, and professional standards.

Deliver Technology & Analytics Enabled Solutions
•    Deliver analytical and automation solutions across core finance processes, including : Journal Entry Testing, Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, Production & Inventory, Re performance Testing
•    Extract, transform, and analyse data from client ERP systems.
•    Deliver high quality, insight led outputs aligned to EY quality and risk standards.
•    Contribute to automation, AI, and analytics solution development.

Lead and Develop Teams
•    Manage, coach, and develop teams, fostering a high performance and inclusive culture.
•    Take ownership of delivery quality and stakeholder outcomes.
•    Act as a role model for EY values and behaviours.

What We’re Looking For
Technical Capability
•    Strong experience with Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, and data management tools.
•    Exposure to Python / PySpark, AI/ML concepts, and advanced analytics.
•    Experience with automation tools such as Python, VBA, UiPath, Power Automate.
•    Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Professional Experience
•    Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in finance transformation, advisory, or related roles.
•    Proven track record of delivering finance transformation or analytics enabled projects.
•    Strong understanding of current CFO challenges and finance trends, emerging financial technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, fintech) and their applications

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, STEM, or related field.
•    Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent.
•    MBA or relevant certification is an advantage.
