We're looking for talented graduates and early career professionals to join our Finance Transformation team, part of our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice within Assurance.

The Opportunity: Shape the Future of Finance
As an Assistant - Finance Transformation, you'll work alongside experienced leads and supervisors to drive end to end finance transformation for our clients-reimagining systems, data, and processes to create scalable, automated, and future ready finance functions.
You'll contribute to impactful transformation programs across strategy, operating model design, and technology enablement-while accelerating your own growth in a supportive, high performance environment.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll support the design and delivery of finance transformation initiatives, including:
•    Technology migration and process automation
•    Data architecture and data model enhancements
•    Transitioning current state processes to clearly defined target state operating models
•    Supporting finance transformation initiatives across strategy, operating models, and technology enablement

Qualifications & Experience:
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, Data Science, or related fields
•    0-2 years' experience in data analytics, ETL, and reporting with client ready delivery exposure
•    Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar tools)
•    Working knowledge of Python and data handling
•    Strong SQL debugging and problem solving skills
•    Analytical, forward thinking mindset with a passion for process improvement
