The exceptional EY experience. It's yours to build.

The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

EY-Parthenon is EY’s global strategy consulting arm, working alongside C-suite leaders to solve their most complex challenges. From Mauritius, we support a uniquely diverse portfolio of clients across Africa and EMEIA - from major corporates to fast-growing mid-market companies and family-owned businesses. Our projects range from designing operating models for regional conglomerates, to supporting SMEs in their international expansion and helping financial institutions accelerate digital transformation.

Joining EY-Parthenon Mauritius means contributing to one of the fastest-growing strategy practices focused on Africa. It is an opportunity to shape high-impact strategies, work directly with senior decision-makers, and play an active role in driving transformation across the continent, combining intellectual rigor, entrepreneurial energy, and real on-the-ground impact

Yourrole and responsibilities:

As a change management strategist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that strategic transformations are truly adopted and sustained across organisations.

  • Change strategy and leadership
    • You will develop and lead comprehensive change management strategies that align with client objectives and transformation roadmaps.
    • You will translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, actionable behavioural shifts.
  • Organisational impact and readiness
    • You will conduct change impact assessments, readiness diagnostics, and organisational culture analyses.
    • You will recommend interventions to enable smooth transitions and sustained adoption.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications
    • You will identify, map, and engage critical stakeholders across all levels.
    • You will design communication strategies and narratives that build alignment, clarity, and momentum.
    • You will facilitate leadership workshops and large-group engagement sessions.
  • Capability building and training
    • You will design and oversee capability-building programmes, training curricula, and coaching initiatives for managers and frontline teams.
    • You will strengthen leadership effectiveness during transformation.

  • Operating model and transformation support
    • You will contribute to operating model redesign, workforce transition plans, and new ways-of-working rollout.
    • You will work closely with strategy, operations, and digital teams to embed change into programme delivery.
  • Agile and data-driven delivery
    • You will integrate change management practices into agile or hybrid delivery models.
    • You will define success metrics, monitor adoption levels, and adjust interventions based on data.
  • Risk and issue management
    • You will identify risks that may impact adoption and design mitigation strategies.
    • You will coach leaders and managers on how to drive change effectively within their teams.
  • Team and practice development
    • You will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to building EY-Parthenon Mauritius’ change management offering.

You will develop internal methodologies, tools, and thought leadership

What’s it for you?

  • You will gain a unique global and Africa-focused exposure across Mauritius, Madagascar, Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, Morocco, Côte d'Ivoire, and beyond.
  • You will take on a strategic role at the intersection of leadership alignment, culture, operations, and human performance.
  • You will work directly with C-suite executives, sponsors, and business leaders.
  • You will benefit from accelerated career growth within a fast-expanding strategy practice.
  • You will have access to EY’s global transformation frameworks, accelerators, and learning programmes.
  • You will join an entrepreneurial environment where you help shape and scale the transformation capabilities of the Mauritius practice.

To qualify for the role, you must have
