The Opportunity

The Technology Consulting service line is rapidly growing, with Data & Analytics being a core component of client engagements. Within this, the DBA team focuses on delivering high-quality dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities to support strategic and operational decisions.

We are looking for entry-level (Assistant) candidates who are passionate about data visualisation and analytics, and eager to start their careers in a dynamic consulting environment.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Gain hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development
• Build foundational skills in data preparation, modelling, and storytelling
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and technologists

Your Key Responsibilities

• As an Assistant in the Digital And Business Advisory (DBA) team, you will be part of a team supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation and data-driven initiatives, with a strong focus on data visualisation and reporting using Power BI.
• You will:
• Provide support to the team (typically 3–5 consultants) across different phases of engagements, including research, data analysis, development of deliverables, and participation in client workshops and presentations
• Assist in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports to support client decision-making, ensuring outputs are clear, insightful, and aligned to business needs
• Support the preparation of data-driven materials for strategy workshops, including visualisations, summaries, and executive-level insights
• Contribute to data preparation activities including data collection, cleaning, transformation, and validation from multiple sources
• Be involved in technical engagements, including data management, data governance, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions
• Help translate business requirements into interactive dashboards, KPIs, and visual storytelling outputs using Power BI
• Interface with multi-disciplinary teams of strategists, industry experts, and technologists to support data-led transformation initiatives
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs, including dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Assist in building trusted relationships with client stakeholders by delivering reliable, timely, and insightful data outputs
• Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting solutions
• Build and strengthen your expertise in Power BI, data visualisation best practices, and emerging analytics technologies through training and on-the-job experience
• Other Cognate Duties

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of data analytics and visualisation concepts
• Exposure to Power BI, DAX, Excel, or similar reporting tools (academic or project experience accepted)
• SQL and data querying skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to structure and present data clearly and effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks
• A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
