Your key responsibilities
You will support the turnaround and restructuring team by building relationships at all organizational levels and acting as a dependable, strategic business advisor. Your role will include engaging with key business functions such as finance, operations, and business development, playing an integral part in supporting our efforts to achieve strategic objectives.
- Monitor and process staff scheduling requests made by engagement personnel
- Analyse and challenge resourcing requests against key engagement metrics to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources
- Prepare relevant resourcing reports and analyse for inconsistencies, for example: chargeability, utilisation
- Educate client servicing personnel on the resourcing process
- Identify and implement improvements in practices, processes and reporting
- General admin and other related duties – data entry, timesheet and leaves monitoring
- Provide day-to-day support to the team including scheduling, meeting preparation and inbox management
- Track engagement lifecycles, ensure compliance and quality standards, finance and billing, and help steamline how the team operates
- Drive key team initiatives, monitor milestones, ensure project success, align stakeholders to keep information flowing and delivery on track.
- Draft and coordinate Verbal and Written communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Support the building of client-facing materials, including presentations and proposals for client engagements
- Plan, organize and prepare logistics for client workshop, internal sessions

Skills and attributes for success
- Skilled in using Microsoft applications.
- Possess intermediate to advanced expertise in Excel.
- Experienced in collaborating with large teams within a professional, service-focused environment (workforce or resource planning experience is beneficial, but not required).
- Able to communicate confidently in both written and spoken forms, with strong skills in influencing stakeholders at every level.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with sound decision-making skills.
- Capable of resolving conflicts and negotiating effectively to meet both individual and business needs.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills, adept at multitasking, planning, and prioritizing workload.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated accountability for deliverables, actions, and outcomes.
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities, including effective multitasking, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrated interest in resource management and commitment to implementing best practices.
- Understanding of basic financial drivers and key KPIs in professional services firms—especially regarding production and utilisation—or a proven capability and willingness to learn in this area.
- Experience with information and data analysis, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving priorities in dynamic business and operational environments.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach to responsibilities, and capacity to operate independently.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Prior experience in administration or resource planning will be an advantage.
