The opportunity

ServiceNow is changing how organisations deliver services and manage work. In this role, you will help EY clients build practical ServiceNow solutions that improve service, simplify processes and support technology-enabled change. You will join a growing Technology Consulting team in Dublin, working with experienced colleagues while building your own technical, delivery and client-facing skills. 

Your key responsibilities

•    Supporting ServiceNow reviews, implementations and change projects from planning through to delivery.
•    Building and configuring ServiceNow solutions with guidance from project leads and senior team members.
•    Preparing clear project materials, updates and analysis for EY teams and client stakeholders.
•    Managing your own work, tracking actions and escalating risks or dependencies early.
•    Supporting engagement activities such as quality, risk, resourcing, project reporting and bid materials.
•    Coaching more junior colleagues where relevant and contributing to a supportive team culture.

Skills and attributes for Success

You will bring ServiceNow implementation experience and a strong interest in IT Service Management. We will focus on your ServiceNow capability, problem-solving skills, communication style and ability to work independently while contributing to a wider project team. 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

 
•    Around 3+ years’ experience implementing ServiceNow.
•    A deep technical and functional knowledge of IT Service Management.
•    Additional mainline certifications from ServiceNow, such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Architect (Technical or Architect) or willingness to gain them.
•    Certification and/or knowledge of ITIL.
•    Knowledge of the ITSM Market including other ITSM type products and platforms.
•    Experience working in a client facing role for a leading consulting or professional services company in delivery of technical projects or systems integration projects.
•    Experience in one or more of our focus industries including Energy & Assets, Financial Services, Government & Public Sector, Health & Wellness, Consumer Product & Retail, Telecommunications Media & Technology, Advanced Manufacturing.
•    Experience in the establishment, training and management of teams comprised of client, contractors and client’s strategic partners.
•    Excellent communication skills – tailoring communications to suit various audiences, with the ability to translate IT strategy into measurable business benefits.

Ideally, You’ll also have

•    Experience across Configuration Management, Service Request Management or Service Level Management.
•    Exposure to IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, IT Operations Management, Discovery, Configuration Management Database, Governance, Risk and Compliance, or Integrated Risk Management.
•    Experience preparing project updates, tracking actions and supporting delivery governance.
•    Confidence working with clients, contractors, partners and internal EY teams.
•    A business or technology-related qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
•    Curiosity about new technology and a desire to keep learning.
