Our SAP practice is experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are interested in hearing from experienced SAP professionals who would like to take their careers to the next level.

EY's global SAP practice now totals more than 26,000+ dedicated SAP professionals in over 150 countries and we are investing heavily in S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, Concur, GTS, SCP, Analytics, and other new SAP solutions. We are helping our clients to tackle their most difficult challenges by implementing SAP solutions that enable business transformation and deliver real value for our clients. We operate local and remote teams across multiple locations, we design and build global solutions with variations to meet local requirements, and we deploy these in ways that maximize value for our clientwill become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to a large global client implementing SAP S/4HANA. Secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Participating in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements  
• Designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements 
• Producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.  
• Data migration support 
• Executing Integration testing and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing 
• Supporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise-Build, Realise-Test, and Deploy  
• Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team 
• Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events 

To qualify for the role you should have

• A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position
• 4+ years’ experience in SAP Manufacturing implementations in a Consulting or similar external client facing environment 
• Strong understanding of core production planning processes and the implementation of best practice solutions in SAP Production Planning
• Proven experience in implementing SAP Production Planning with hands-on expertise in configuration, testing, training and data migration support
• Ability to deliver design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements  
• Knowledge of accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements  
• Prior experience in designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements 
• Successful track record in producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc. 
• Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards.
• Client focused and commercially aware.
• Project management skills, ability to plan and prioritise work, and to meet deadlines.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Professional SAP certifications including; SAP Certified Associate - S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing and / or SAP Project Manager
