Your Key Responsibilities:

 

As an SAP Market Process Manager you will;

 

  • Participate in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements
  • Learn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements
  • Customise S/4HANA MPM (Market Process Management) functionalities to meet the specific needs of clients, including Device management, Meter reading & work management, Exception management, Meter work completion and customer experience
  • Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA MPM, considering best practices and industry standards
  • Drive the development and maintenance of the S/4HANA MPM architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Produce key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
  • Share knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other company disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team
  • Support the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities and facilitating client events
  • Understanding all our service offerings and actively identifying opportunities to better serve clients

 

To qualify for this role, you should have:

 

  • A third level qualification in Computer Science, Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or relevant experience to the position
  • 10+ years’ experience delivering in SAP IDE/IDEX, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support 
  • Experience in implementation of S/4HANA Market Process Management and SAP IDE/IDEX solution for utility industry.
  • Good understanding and experience in SAP ABAP and ABAP on HANA 
  • Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
  • In depth knowledge of SAP IDE/IDEX and process document of SA/4HANA MPM, including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems 
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

 

  • Relevant SAP certifications in Utilities or related modules or certification in ABAP on HANA.
  • Experience with other utility modules like device management, billing and customer management.
