Role Summary
- Lead the development of the digital identity and access management (DIAM) and privileged access management (PAM) solution set across multiple clients and sectors.
- Develop our go-to-market strategy across capabilities including authentication, authorization, and identity governance across all users and systems. Support client and engagement delivery and development.
- Manage IAM projects from inception to completion, focusing on quality and timely delivery.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to IAM team members, through culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to IAM, and recommend enhancements to existing processes and tools
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the IAM strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Lead client projects focusing on the integration of IAM/PAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt, Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk).
- Develop and deliver across all IAM/PAM capabilities e.g., JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) workflows, enforce MFA, password vaulting, and session monitoring.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Clients identity governance requirements.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- IAM technologies and tools, ability to conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple IAM workstreams, timely delivery and adherence to budget managing organizational change and user training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with IT, security, and business teams, and present complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years in identity security domains and deep product understanding of Saviynt, Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk
- Prior delivery of PAM/IAM projects in large-scale environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Certifications: IAM vendor certifications, CISSP, or equivalent

- The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $XXX per hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
