(Full-time) 11 months Fixed Term Assistant Manager

As a Senior Recruiter for Consulting at EY, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates, working closely with various stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Your day to day will include:
- Utilising a variety of tools to target suitable talent and build pipeline for Consulting roles across our business services within ROI.
- Develop exceptional working relationships with stakeholders, working with autonomy to deliver a recruitment service to meet their needs.
- Enable an innovative environment by embracing change and driving new processes and ways of working. Set a positive example for the team in how to manage change and adopt new methodologies
- Take a solution focused approach to your work and demonstrate an appetite for learning.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the EY recruitment cycle and its key stages, including potential sources of delay and how to successfully navigate these.
- You will be a team player and set a positive example for those around you in everything you do. Be aware of what it takes for the team to succeed and how your role contributes to that success. Nurture the talent within our team to help everyone maximise their contribution in order for the team to deliver the strongest performance possible.
- You know the competitor market and can identify and nurture strong talent.
- Producing weekly and monthly MI to key stakeholders.
- Digital has become a big part of our world so you will work with the team to develop resourcing campaigns and innovative ideas to attract talent.
- Updating the recruitment database is key and you understand the importance of clean data. Timely candidate management is critical to the success of our business and your contribution to a great candidate experience is key to this role.
To qualify for the role you must have
- You will be highly organised and used to working in a fast-paced environment. You will understand the importance of timely and accurate data management.
- Experience as a senior client facing recruiter in a fast paced environment is essential for this role. You have experience with big volumes and understand the importance of effective time management.
- Account management experience is also essential along with the ability to be calm and objective under pressure. Data is your friend and your extensive experience sourcing candidates through a variety of methods has led to your success. Project experience would also be a distinct advantage.
- It is also essential that you are looking for opportunity in a change environment and you consider your attributes to include tenacity, resilience and ambition.
