The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team with a reputation for creating innovative digital and print campaigns and market-leading communications in the employer branding space. This role is responsible for leading the design and delivery of our recruitment marketing campaigns to help attract the best and most diverse talent into our growing business.
This role reports to the Marketing Director. You’ll be empowered to own relationships with key stakeholders in the business and develop exciting activations that help to grow brand awareness and to meet our hiring targets across all service lines, with a particular focus on ensuring we’re attracting a more diverse talent pool to EY.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and implement employer brand strategies designed to bolster EY Ireland employer brand awareness
- Conduct research and analysis to maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, competitors, and candidate trends.
- Analyze data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
- Manage the development, design and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns aligned to the firm’s headcount targets.
- Oversee the production of digital and print advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Take ownership of student marketing including all campaigns and ensure the EY website is optimised from a candidate perspective
- Collaborate with all Service Lines, key stakeholders such as Talent, Creative and our Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) function to ensure a cohesive and effective market presence.
- Manage budgets, ensuring all branding activities are within allocated financial plans.
- Monitor and report on brand performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Work closely with external agencies including advertising and research agencies to enhance the brand's marketing efforts.
- Work closely with in house creative teams to develop compelling visual campaigns
- Oversee our partnerships in Ireland – working with job boards, recruitment organisations and event sponsorships to raise awareness of EY’s brand in the market.

- Leadership skills – experience of managing a team, leading on campaigns, and owning a budget. You will be able to bring out the best in others, motivating them and providing guidance to more junior colleagues in the team.
- Commercial awareness – you will have experience measuring complex business goals and deliverables – regularly reporting on these to teams and stakeholders
- Resilience – you will be able to work under pressure in a complex business with the ability to respond to change and lead others through change
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employer brand management, marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, media channels, and branding.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Compelling research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
