Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to a large global client implementing SAP S/4HANA. Secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities
- Participating in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements
- Designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements
- Producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
- Data migration support
- Executing Integration testing and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing
- Supporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise-Build, Realise-Test, and Deploy
- Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team
- Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events

To qualify for the role you must have
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in SAP Manufacturing implementations in a Consulting or similar external client facing environment
- A solid understanding of core production planning processes and the implementation of best practice solutions in SAP Production Planning
- Proven experience in implementing SAP Production Planning with hands-on expertise in configuration, testing, training and data migration support
- Proven ability to deliver design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements
- Knowledge of accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements
- Experience in designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements
- Proven track record in producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- SAP S/4HANA Production Planning / Manufacturing related certification, Project Management certification is desirable
