Your key responsibilities

 

  • Advising clients on current and future SAP needs, including S/4HANA business case, business transformation, roadmap, and implementation
  • Leading design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements, and to design and implement appropriate best practice solutions
  • Supporting business process re-engineering, particularly in the S/4HANA Sales & Distribution space
  • Sharing knowledge of best practice within the group and across other disciplines in the firm, as well as developing other members of the SAP team
  • Playing a key role in planning and managing client projects throughout all phases
  • Be a part of a large team that supports different streams of work for all the SAP Projects
  • Responsible for maintaining current relationships with the client and build new ones by identifying new opportunities
  • Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, and facilitating external client events

 

Skills and attributes for success


To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience working with the SAP SD module, as well as participation in a number of full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required
  • Familiarity with SAP SD integration to other modules PP, IBP, FI/CO, MM, EWM, TM,, PS, etc.
  • Worked on implementation RFP’s as a solution architect responsible for designing solutions end to end and the ability to articulate the value of SAP within the Lead to Cash Process
  • Prior business development experience (at least 3-4 years, overall 10-14 years) with exposure to SAP Delivery. A strong understanding of SAP and integration with other applications/systems in an IT landscape
  • Strong verbal and written communication with out of box thinking abilities.
  • Ability to understand Methodologies (Activate, Agile, SDLC, SCRUM) and other industry business fundamentals and ability to showcase a quick learning curve

 

Ideally, you will also have:

 

  • SAP Certification in S/4HANA
  • An understanding of the SAP CX Solutions 
  • A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
