The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Development Coordinator with a passion for Learning and Development to join our team. This role plays a vital part in planning, delivering, and evaluating learning programs, offering significant opportunities to build expertise and make a meaningful impact across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Program & Project Support

  • Support Senior Learning Managers in the design, development, and deployment of learning programs, requiring strong project‑management skills, attention to deadlines, and effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate and administer a range of learning offerings, including technical, professional, leadership, and DE&I programs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality learner experiences.

Event & Logistics Management

 

  • Plan and deliver virtual and in‑person learning events, ensuring excellent logistics, participant experience, and compliance with all quality and regulatory standards.

 

Content & Digital Learning Production

 

  • Contribute to the recording, editing, and production of online modules and webcasts as part of EY’s blended learning strategy.

 

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

 

  • Monitor and evaluate learning impact using data, feedback, and evaluation tools to support continuous improvement and evidence‑based decision‑making.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

 

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with internal teams, facilitators, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth program delivery.

 

Innovation & AI Enablement

 

  • Leverage AI‑powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance program design, delivery, and learner experience.

 

Cross‑Functional Talent Initiatives

 

  • Contribute to wider Talent projects that support our overall people strategy.

 

Skills and Attributes for Success

 

  • Excellent organisational and project‑management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Experience with learning management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and other training technologies.
  • A creative, solutions‑focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, including the use of AI.

 

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:

 

  • 2 years’ experience in Learning and Development coordination or a related role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education, Psychology, or related field.
