The opportunity
The Dublin office is preparing to launch a new flagship workplace environment featuring advanced collaboration spaces, immersive technology environments, and client engagement areas. As a valued member of the Experience Technology and Workplace Technology teams, you will support the end‑to‑end technology transition, operational readiness, and stabilization of the new Dublin building. Executive presence is essential in this role, as you will frequently engage senior stakeholders and represent technology readiness with confidence.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that technology-enabled environments are fully operational, thoroughly tested, and ready to support internal teams and client engagement activities. During the transition period leading up to the building opening, you will support both experience technology preparation and workplace technology operations, helping maintain service continuity while new systems are deployed and integrated. Strong executive presence will enable you to communicate clearly, influence decision-making, and inspire confidence across diverse teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Technology Transition & Building Readiness
- Support the preparation, validation, and testing of technology systems as part of the new building transition.
- Assist with system verification, user testing, and operational readiness activities across technology-enabled collaboration spaces.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors during installation, integration, and commissioning phases.
- Help identify, track, and resolve issues during deployment to ensure systems are ready for operational use.
- Technology Support
- Provide technical support for collaboration and workplace technology including displays, audio systems, conferencing platforms, and presentation environments.
- Support meeting room and collaboration technology by assisting with setup, troubleshooting, and operational readiness checks.
- Assist internal teams and facilitators in resolving issues during meetings, workshops, and internal events.
- Ensure all technology spaces remain operational, stable, and ready for daily use.
- Operational Support During Transition
- Support day-to-day operational activities within the workplace technology environment.
- Assist with incident response and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT support teams.
- Help ensure service continuity across existing and upcoming technology platforms during the transition period.
- Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with AV integrators, system vendors, and internal IT teams to support troubleshooting, installation workflows, and technology updates.
- Assist in coordinating vendor visits, technical inspections, commissioning sessions, and acceptance testing.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Assist in documenting system configurations, technology layouts, and operational workflows.
- Contribute to the creation of operational documentation, support playbooks, and readiness materials for the new building.
- Support knowledge transfer between vendors and internal support teams to ensure operational stability.
- Preventive Maintenance & Monitoring
- Conduct routine system checks and perform basic preventive maintenance for supported technologies.
- Monitor technology environments, capture performance insights, and proactively report issues or anomalies.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and AV environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams and vendors.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- 4–7 years of experience supporting AV, collaboration technologies, or workplace technology environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting displays, audio systems, conferencing platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with modern collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms or equivalent systems.
- Basic networking knowledge including connectivity and device-level diagnostics.
- Demonstrated ability to support live environments with fast issue resolution requirements.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- AV-related certifications (e.g., CTS, Dante, Crestron, Extron).
- Experience supporting large workplace environments or advanced collaboration spaces.
- Familiarity with AV-over-IP ecosystems or networked AV solutions.
- Experience working with technology vendors, system integrators, and installation teams.
- Hands-on involvement in technology deployments or office transition projects.
