About the Role

As an Supervising Associate within the Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in shaping EY’s employee experience by supporting the design, delivery, governance and continuous improvement of our benefits, wellbeing programmes and recognition framework. Working within the wider Total Rewards team, you will collaborate with Talent, the business, external partners, to ensure EY’s offering remains competitive and meaningful for our people.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people‑focused and highly organised, with a passion for enhancing the employee value proposition and driving engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Benefits

 

Support the management and administration of EY’s benefits programmes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee experience.

  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain benefit operations, resolve escalations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to annual benefit cycles (renewals, communications, updates to the benefits platform, policy refreshes).
  • Assist in monitoring benefit utilisation, trends, and feedback, helping propose improvements aligned to market practice.
  • Support implementation of a new benefits portal

 

Wellbeing (Physical, Mental, Financial & Social)

  • Support the delivery of EY’s wellbeing strategy across all pillars, ensuring alignment frameworks.
  • Coordinate wellbeing initiatives, campaigns, workshops and resources, ensuring high engagement and strong visibility firmwide.
  • Maintain relationships with wellbeing providers (e.g.:  EAP, financial wellbeing partners, health care providers) to ensure seamless experience and up‑to‑date materials.
  • Track participation, outcomes, metrics and insights to help assess programme impact and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Promote a wellbeing culture by partnering with leaders and Talent colleagues to embed wellbeing in team practices and leadership behaviours.

 

Recognition

Support the management of EY’s recognition platforms and programmes, ensuring they operate effectively and reflect EY culture and values.

  • Coordinate rollouts of recognition campaigns, service anniversaries and firmwide recognition moments.
  • Work with local teams on updates to tools, programme governance and employee communications.
  • Review data and feedback to help refine recognition programmes and promote adoption across the firm.

 

Communications & Engagement

  • Draft and deliver high-quality communications and engagement materials across all areas (benefits, wellbeing, recognition)
  • Contribute to awareness campaigns that empower employees and leaders to understand and make the most of EY’s offering.
  • Maintain accurate content on internal platforms and pages.

 

Governance, Data & Compliance

  • Support data accuracy, reporting and audit requirements across benefits, wellbeing and recognition.
  • Assist in the completion of compliance documentation (e.g., bridges, policy updates, risk assessments, privacy impact assessments).

 

Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal colleagues (e.g. Services Lines, Talent, Finance) and external partners.
  • Provide high-quality, timely support to employees and leaders, ensuring consistent service.
  • Represent the team in relevant meetings, projects and working groups.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, Benefits, Wellbeing, Total Rewards, Reward, or related field (professional services experience an advantage).
  • Experience working with benefit or recognition platforms is beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Qualifications in HR, wellbeing, business or similar preferred (not required).
