The opportunity

 

This is a hands-on role reporting to the Head of Student Recruitment, leading on end-to-end recruitment operations and processes to support our overall Student Recruitment strategy. You’ll be empowered lead, to own relationships with key stakeholders in our business and build on existing processes and procedures that help us create operational excellence and an exceptional candidate journey. Your key responsibilities
 

Your role as Supervising Associate will sit within the EY Student Recruitment team. This is a hybrid working role, located in our city centre office on Harcourt St, Dublin 2. 
 
Day to day you will be responsible for overseeing the reporting processes, compliance and operational efficiency within the team. You will play a critical role in analysing data, generating reports, and providing insights to key stakeholders within our business to support strategic decision-making. 

 

Additionally, you will collaborate with our team of Student Recruiters and Administrators to streamline operational procedures to enhance productivity and optimize efficiencies in data management and integrity. 

 

For key recruitment drives, you will take a lead role in the training and development of new hires and supervision of our administrative support team. Outside of this, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment journey for new hires from offer to onboarding. 

 


Reporting:

  • Oversee and maintain our reporting systems to track key recruitment metrics, and other relevant data
  • Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reports, adhering to established standards and protocols.

 


Operations Management:

  • Oversee operational processes throughout the end-to-end recruitment journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams’ and leadership to ensure operational excellence, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions where needed
  • Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment administrators, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals
  • Support the team in fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement

  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency and experience in managing large volumes of data 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of measuring progress against business goals, while regularly providing updates to your team lead and stakeholders 
  • Strong project management skills with experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong resilience and the ability to work under pressure in a complex business, with the ability to respond to change and lead others through change

 


Additional Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a professional services environment 
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
