Contract Details: This is a fixed-term contract (FTC), providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's reward initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional project related to reward initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution and delivery of project outcomes.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular analysis of compensation data, including benchmarking against industry standards, to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in reward practices.
Policy Review and Enhancement: Review and update reward policies and practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with best practices, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to communicate reward strategies and initiatives effectively, ensuring understanding and buy-in from all stakeholders.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on reward practices, policies, and tools
Skills and attributes for success

· Has a strong understanding of reward frameworks and how they support business and people strategies.
· Is confident working with data — drawing insights, spotting patterns, and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
· Communicates clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
· Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys leading projects with purpose.
· Brings a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for fairness and inclusion.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in HR, compensation analysis, or a related field.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various senior stakeholders.
· Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively within a team.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
· Familiarity with reward benchmarking tools or platforms.
· A background in HR, finance, or consulting with exposure to reward strategy.
· We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously demonstrated their capabilities in similar roles and leading Reward projects.
