This role sits within the Total Rewards Team, supporting the delivery of EY Ireland’s Reward strategy and objectives.
As an Assistant Manager within the Team your role will focus on remuneration and reward, and you will play a key part in shaping EY’s employee experience by supporting the design, delivery, governance and continuous improvement of our Reward Program and Framework. Collaborating with Talent, the business and external partners, you will ensure EY’s offering remains competitive and meaningful for our people.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical and highly organised with a passion for enhancing the employee value proposition and driving reward activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in the creation and evolution of EY's Reward strategy, incorporating industry-leading initiatives that keep our compensation and benefits programs at the forefront of the market.
- Support the annual salary review process including process enhancement, execution, communications and guiding system implementation where you will take charge of building and maintaining the Pay Review system, ensuring it meets the needs of our organization.
- Create resources for and provide ongoing support and education to stakeholders throughout the Pay Review process.
- Deliver market analysis, researching and interpreting remuneration data covering, market movements and emerging trends, and position analysis.
- Complete benchmarking exercises against industry peers and relevant sectors to assess our remuneration competitiveness, developing reports and providing guidance on recommended adjustments to maintain market alignment
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging practices, and legal requirements impacting remuneration and rewards
- Support other compensation related programmes to ensure fit for purpose and ongoing management such as gender pay gap and EU Pay Transparency
- Support strategic reward projects as required
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support Team initiatives across benefits, recognition and wellbeing as required.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience working within HR, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or a related field (professional services experience an advantage).
- Experience working on Pay Reviews, Benchmarking, and other Compensation activity is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams).
- Strong stakeholder management, resilience and communication skills
