The EY Talent (HR) Team, part of Core Business Services (CBS), supports EY Ireland’s workforce of 5,000+ employees throughout the employment cycle—from attracting talent to supporting career journeys.
The Opportunity
This hands-on recruitment administration role supports the EY Student Recruitment team in Dublin. The team attracts top student talent for early careers programmes, including the EY Summer Internship, Work Placement, and Graduate Programme, resulting in over 600 new hires annually.
As a Student Recruitment Administrator, you will:
- Support recruiters throughout the end-to-end student recruitment journey
- Screen new applicants
- Respond to candidate queries
- Maintain recruitment systems, documentation, and trackers
- Schedule interviews and manage changes
- Process offers and onboarding
- Support team members and talent attraction initiatives during campaign cycles
Attention to detail and comfort with managing large volumes of data are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily queries from candidates and internal business leads via the Student Recruitment Shared Mailbox and hotline
- Maintain candidate data in internal applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accuracy throughout the candidate journey
- Screen large volumes of applicants and update recruiters and operations leads on progress
- Schedule interviews and manage changes to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Process offer letters and track responses
- Gather and maintain onboarding documentation for new joiners across student programmes, ensuring verification checks
- Support planning and facilitation of student programmes, engagement events, and inductions
- Assist with talent attraction strategy by promoting open roles via LinkedIn
- Attend internal and campus events to represent EY
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
- Administration experience in HR or recruitment
- Experience with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience managing large data volumes
- Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
