The opportunity
This is a hands-on role recruitment administration role, supporting the EY Student Recruitment team in Dublin. EY’s student recruitment team is responsible for attracting top talent for all EY early careers programmes such as the EY Summer Internship, Work Placement and Graduate Programme, resulting in over 600 new hires per year.
As a Student Recruitment Administrator, you will support our recruiters on the end-to-end student recruitment journey. Day to day, your role will include screening new applicants; supporting candidates through daily queries; maintaining essential recruitment systems, documentation, and trackers; interview scheduling; processing offers and onboarding. In addition to this, you will be empowered to support other team members and talent attraction initiatives throughout our campaign cycles as required.
Maintaining accurate recruitment and hiring data is essential in this role, so attention to detail and comfort with managing large volumes of data will set you up for success.

Your key responsibilities
- Managing day to day queries from candidates and internal business leads via the Student Recruitment Shared Mailbox and hotline
- Maintaining candidate data via internal applicant tracking systems (ATS); ensuring all candidate data is accurate and updated at all times throughout the candidate journey
- Screening large volumes of applicants while keeping your recruiter and operations lead up to date on candidate progress
- Interview scheduling and managing changes as they arise to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Processing offer letters for successful candidates and tracking responses
- Gathering and maintaining onboarding documentation for all new joiners across a multitude of student programmes, ensuring appropriate verification checks are carried out.
- Supporting the planning and facilitation of various student programmes, engagement events and inductions
- Assisting with our overall talent attraction strategy through the promotion of open roles via LinkedIn
- Attending events both internally and on campus when required to represent EY
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
- Administration experience within a human resources or recruitment environment
- Demonstrated experience using recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
- Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency and experience in managing large volumes of data
- Excellent communication, time management and teamworking skills
