EY is looking for an exceptional campaign and brand leader to join its creative and high-performing Markets team as Markets Lead for Consulting. The role leads the development of first-class end to end client centric campaigns for the Consulting practice. Within EY CBS Marketing, you will have your finger on the pulse for all major activities and growth areas for Consulting.
We are searching for a resourceful, motivated and enthusiastic individual, who will play a key role in the delivery of an enhanced Consulting programme. They will be passionate about delivering strategically focused end to end campaigns using creative delivery of compelling campaigns for a leading Global firm.

The opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Director and Markets Partner for Consulting, the Markets Lead will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and implementing the strategic framework for Consulting. This role entails creating and executing consulting objectives that are aligned with and support the overall business goals
Your key responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Program Management: Partner with both Consulting and Marketing Leadership to develop, execute, and monitor strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business goals. Lead cross-functional marketing programs, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
Campaign Management: Design end to end client-centric campaigns that will resonate with clients, maximising relevance to drive engagement, leveraging global and local EY thought leadership to address key client needs. Align with and strengthen EY brand by defining, supporting and enabling a consistent brand experience for clients through all campaigns.
Project Management: The Consulting portfolio is complex, fast-paced and requires juggling many high-priority projects concurrently, always executed and delivered to an excellent standard. The candidate must have strong project management and workflow/team management skills, and uses models and processes that drive efficiency.
Stakeholder management: This role operates in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, making exceptional stakeholder management skills essential. The candidate will have experience in driving key campaigns, projects and initiatives assigned by Leadership and aligning to business objectives.
Measurement and analytics: Responsibility for the oversight of measurement and reporting for Consulting projects. Preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and insights for leadership meetings.
Business understanding: Understand EY’s business; effectively navigate the organisation to access, inform and engage the right people at the right time. Demonstrate general business acumen, skills and abilities concerning global and local business fundamentals.
Collaboration: This is a highly collaborative role that depends on excellent working relationships and collaboration with other members of the integrated Markets team, including Marketing, Communications and Business Development.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in marketing, events, brand and campaign management.
- Strong project management skills, with expertise in managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly Autonomous with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership.
