The Opportunity
EY has a great opportunity for an early career Learning Delivery Coordinator to join our Talent & Organisation Development Team (T&OD) in our Dublin office. This role is focused on the practical coordination and deployment of learning, with a strong emphasis on face-to-face learning events, classroom readiness and learner experience across EY. The successful candidate will support learning activity across a variety of portfolios, working closely with Talent Development leads, facilitators, internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure sessions are well planned, professionally delivered and accurately recorded.
Your key responsibilities
The role will support the coordination, deployment and on-the-day delivery of T&OD learning programmes across EY Ireland, ensuring learning sessions are organised, learner-focused and delivered in line with agreed processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate assigned learning sessions, including scheduling, learner communications, nominations, attendance capture, evaluations and follow-up activity.
- Support face-to-face delivery by preparing rooms, materials, technology, facilitator requirements and learner resources in advance of each session.
- Provide professional support to learners, facilitators, Talent Development colleagues, internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Maintain accurate learner and programme records, including operational trackers, shared mailbox actions and relevant learning system updates.
- Support appropriate storage and organisation of learning materials, attendance information and programme evidence for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Assist with virtual or blended learning elements where required, including Teams set-up, digital resources and liaison with the offshore Virtual Producer team.
- Identify and escalate delivery risks, capacity constraints, technology issues and learner experience concerns in a timely and solutions-focused way.

- Demonstrate strong organisation and attention to detail when managing learning activity, learner information and delivery timelines.
- Build positive working relationships through clear communication, reliable follow-through and professional stakeholder support.
- Remain calm, practical and solutions-focused when supporting live delivery or responding to changing priorities.
- Use learning systems, Microsoft Office tools, shared mailboxes and trackers accurately to support effective coordination and reporting.
- Apply a strong service mindset to create a positive, inclusive and well-organised learner experience.
- Collaborate effectively across teams, adapt to changing priorities and contribute ideas that improve learning delivery processes.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Strong coordination skills gained through learning programmes, workshops, events, meetings or similar structured activities.
- Ability to support face-to-face delivery, including session preparation, learner support, logistics and follow-up.
- Confident stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with participants, facilitators, internal teams and external providers.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, trackers, shared mailboxes and learner information in line with agreed processes.
- Strong organisation, follow-through and service delivery skills in a team-based environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Previous exposure to learning delivery, events or programme deployment in a professional services, corporate or complex stakeholder environment.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or another learning management system.
- Exposure to learner communications, attendance tracking, evaluation reporting, evidence collation or learning compliance activity.
- A relevant qualification or demonstrated interest in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business, Events or Project Coordination.
