About the job

EY’s Forensic & Integrity Services (FIS) helps clients protect and restore enterprise value through the prevention, detection, and response to fraud, cyber events, misconduct, regulatory breaches, and complex disputes. The Forensic Technology team sits at the heart of this mission—delivering technology-enabled investigations, digital evidence collection, data analytics, eDiscovery, cyber incident response support, and integrity-led data governance programs for public and private sector clients.

At EY, you’ll have the chance to build a career as unique as you are, with the global scale, support, inclusive culture and technology to become the best version of you. And we’re counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too. Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.

Our Forensic Technology & Discovery team (FTDS) practice the full lifecycle of data analysis, from the early stages of identification and collection, through to management, analysis, reporting and production. Using state-of-the-art tools and techniques, our team support clients in dealing with the complex issues of fraud, regulatory compliance and business disputes.

Our engagements typically require working with large, and often disparate, volumes of electronically stored, structured and unstructured information, and the application of advanced analytics techniques.

As a Senior Manager in Forensic Technology, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex, time-sensitive, and high-stakes engagements across investigations, litigation & arbitration, regulatory matters, and integrity transformations. You will shape go-to-market strategy, build C-suite relationships, and scale service delivery across Ireland and EMEIA, while maintaining the highest standards of professional and evidentiary rigor.

You will be a visible market leader who balances technical depth (eDiscovery, DFIR, data analytics, cloud, AI-enabled review) with commercial acumen, people leadership, and quality risk management.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager in Forensic Technology, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex, time-sensitive, and high-stakes engagements across investigations, litigation & arbitration, regulatory matters, and integrity transformations. • Embed AI-enabled review, analytics accelerators, and workflow automation to increase speed, accuracy, and cost predictability.
  • Partner with global teams to leverage EMEIA and global delivery centres for scalable, follow-the-sun support.
