Reporting to: FS Head of Marketing & Business Development

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, energetic individual to work with us to promote EY FS through the use of online and offline channels. The role holder will be an experienced marketer with relevant experience in marketing communications thus ensuring s/he will hit the ground running.
Key activities
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, energetic individual to work with us to promote EY FS through the use of online and offline channels. The role holder will be experienced in the running of in-person events and digital marketing communications.
Events
• Manage events from request to execution. Including calls with the steering committee and Speakers
• Responsibility for sending out e-communications for all marketing-led events
• Monitoring responses, recording them and being the point of contact to invitees
• Manage and assist with promoting events internally and externally to increase awareness
• Sourcing costs and availability for venues, AV equipment, catering, printing etc
• Ensuring all event material adheres to the firm's corporate style & assembling delegate packs where necessary
• Setting up stands and being present at events, both on and off-site
• Attending to the registration desk and greeting attendees upon arrival
• Recording and reporting attendance information after each event
Digital
• Maintain our website - www.eyfsthoughtgallery.ie
• Work in conjunction with the Communications lead on the execution of the content strategy/plan
• Manage digital & social media presence for our EY FS leaders
• Create SEO rich content for web & digital campaigns
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of online activity – google analytics, LinkedIn metrics, Marketo
• Maintain email marketing initiatives including the issuing invitations and newsletters
• Manage social media platforms with emphasis on LinkedIn
• Help identify and manage strategic online advertising opportunities
• Drive online engagement internally within the firm
Candidate profile
• Qualified to degree level or equivalent
• 5 – 6 yrs experience in events & digital marketing essential
• Organisational and project management skills
• Editing and proof-reading skills
• Understanding of digital platforms
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong word, excel and powerpoint skills
• Innovative and creative thinker
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritise competing demands
