Responsibility- Designing experiences with a customer-centred mindset by:

  • Deliver world-class designs from concept through to production.
  • Create and evaluate user journeys based on research data, customer needs, and business requirements.
  • Produce design deliverables to illustrate user experiences, including storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.
  • Understand user-centred design considerations. Iterate on designs rapidly based on feedback from users, stakeholders and user testing
  • Explain your design work and rationale and advocate for all types of users’ need
  • Work with product owners & development leads to ensure UX/UI design is aligned properly with technical capabilities / within the scope of project efforts
  • Drive alignment, set goals, understanding for your product across businesses and teams
  • Up-to-date on Trends and current Best Practice relevant to your role including Product Design, UX, ERP, B2B eCommerce and front end development / UI frameworks and design systems.
  • Understand and ideally have experience in an agile/SCRUM team in delivering SaaS products to the market
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals and budget management to ensure all finances are on target and help grow the business.  





  • You must be passionate about Research, Design, UX, B2B,  and Internal Business Applications.
  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of designs systems, design thinking, user experience design (UX)
  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  • A strong portfolio of professional UI/UX design.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Figma InVision, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Good research and analysis skills and background combined with a good eye for business
  • A team player but can work independently too.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
