What you will achieve at EY

  • As a Senior Manager in UI/UX Product Design, you will be responsible for defining UX strategy, approach, and execution in development projects for different EY clients alone or within a large EY team.

  • Design experiences with a customer-centred mindset.

  • Advocate for user-centered design across EY consultancy and explain the value of design to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Establish cross-functional relationships within the wider EY consultancy to help cross-selling product design services.

  • Collaborate with product & development leads to ensure UX/UI design is aligned properly with technical capabilities / within the scope of project efforts

  • Oversee and produce design deliverables to illustrate user experiences, including user journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces in an agile team.

  • Prepare proposals and manage budgets to ensure we achieve our financial targets and grow our business.

Who you are

  • You are passionate about Design, UX, B2B, and Internal Business Applications.

  • You have proven experience in user experience design (UX), designs systems, and design thinking.

  • You are a team player who can also work independently

  • You excel under pressure and are confident handling change and prioritize tasks.

  • You deal with confidential matters in a professional manner, whilst respecting and upholding professional integrity at all times.

  • You have proven stakeholder management experience (up, down, across) within businesses and with clients.

  • You have experience in an agile/SCRUM team, delivering SaaS products to the market



Skills and abilities we are looking for

  • A bachelor's degree with strong performance is preferred.

  • 10+ years proven UI/UX design experience for digital products or services

  • Working knowledge of Sketch, Figma InVision, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Excellent design, research and analysis skills, combined with a good eye for business

  • A strong portfolio of professional UI/UX design.

  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
