An opportunity has opened up for an ambitious, creative and skilled Senior Associate to join our Events and Sponsorship Team on a six-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in building our brand through the delivery of best-in-class sponsorship initiatives along with the delivery of engaging client events.
 

This role is based in EY’s Head Office on Harcourt St, Dublin. Supported by the wider Events and Sponsorships team, you will play an integral role in bringing our service offerings to life and driving the reputation of EY in Ireland. 
 

We are searching for a resourceful, motivated and enthusiastic individual, who will play a key role in the delivery of an effective events and sponsorship programme. They will be passionate about creating notable events, speaking opportunities and brand engagement initiatives. 
 
This role will report into the Head of Events and Sponsorships for EY. The role will be part of the wider national marketing team at EY and as such, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to deliver a number of national marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities/deliverables

•    Support the delivery of a compelling sponsorship and events programme for EY Ireland
•    Work closely with lead Partners in order to confirm details relating to events and sponsorship, including speaking panels and speaking topics for key speaking opportunities at sponsored events.
•    Manage client invite list to ensure key clients are invited to attend strategic events and sponsored activities.
•    Work with creative and with agencies to develop best in class collateral to showcase EY brand at events and sponsored initiatives
•    Work closely with internal and external comms to promote event and sponsorship initiatives with colleagues and with external audience.
•    Work closely with digital and content teams to create compelling content to promote events and sponsored initiatives and to drive engagement with sponsored initiatives.
•    Track, measure and report on results and return on investment for events and sponsorship initiatives.
•    Support in the management of the independence process for sponsorship initiatives.
 
Requirements
 
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing/Event Management or equivalent
•    2+ years’ experience working in marketing/event management/sponsorship management
•    Excellent project management skills
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills
