About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior employment solicitor to join our Employment Team in EY Law Ireland, based at any of our five office locations. The team comprises a group of lawyers currently based in our Dublin and Cork offices, bringing clients our diverse skill sets and levels of experience. We share a passion for delivering timely, practical, commercial advice and solutions to the legal issues faced by our clients. We enjoy our work and take real pride in what we do for our clients. We work closely with our colleagues in EY Law Ireland, our global EY Law network and EY.

Acting for a broad mix of Irish and international private sector clients, our EY Law Employment Team advises on all areas of employment law from recruitment through the lifetime of employment, to include global mobility, HR team support, workforce transformation, strategic workplace planning and defending WRC and Labour Court claims.

The successful candidate will join a busy team and have the opportunity to work with our colleagues here in Ireland as well as the 3,500 other legal professionals practising across our EY Law global network.

Background and experience:

Solicitors with 5+ years of employment law advisory and contentious experience in a leading Irish or international law firm are encouraged to apply.
