Senior Consultant - AI Engineer / AI Specialist - Forensics


Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI agents, LLMs, data modelling, exploratory data analysis, and data cleansing using AI-based tools. Experience in procurement analytics or exposure to procurement datasets will be considered an advantage.


Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Engineering

 

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents for automation, decision support, and workflow optimization.
  • Fine-tune, evaluate, and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for business use cases.
  • Develop intelligent pipelines and workflows to integrate AI models into existing systems.
  • Use GenAI tools for document summarization, narrative generation, data exploration, and insight explanation.



Data Modelling & Analysis

 

  • Build robust data models to support machine learning workflows and analytical insights.
  • Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and model features.
  • Design data schemas, transformation pipelines, and model-ready datasets.


Data Engineering & Integration

 

  • Clean, transform, and integrate data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), financial systems, transactional databases, and external sources.
  • Design and implement data pipelines using SQL, Python, and relevant tools.
  • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and normalization to prepare datasets for analytics and modelling.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, lineage, and auditability across all project workstreams.

 

Procurement Analytics (Preferred)

 

  • Work with procurement data such as spend data, supplier information, and sourcing KPIs.
  • Build and support AI-driven procurement analytics use cases (e.g., spend classification, supplier risk scoring, category insights).

Collaborate with category managers and procurement stakeholders to translate requirements into AI models.

 

Consulting & Engagement Support

 

  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to gather requirements, understand challenges, and design data-driven solutions.
  • Support POCs, proposals, and solution demonstrations in areas related to AI and digital transformation.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, reusable assets, and thought leadership in analytics & AI.



Required Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI engineering.
  • Strong experience creating AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
  • Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Meta Llama, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong skills in data modelling, SQL, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Experience performing EDA and working with large-scale datasets.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML Ops, versioning, and deployment pipelines is a plus.
  • Experience with procurement-related datasets is a strong plus.
