Job Title: MENA Onboarding Consultant (Senior Associate)

Job Summary:

The MENA Onboarding Consultant will be responsible for managing and executing the onboarding process for new joiners across all MENA locations. This role will ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating various activities, maintaining onboarding content, and facilitating communication between new joiners and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication management and delivery: Manage content updates as per local office HR Operations requirements while overseeing distribution of onboarding communication for all MENA offices.
  • Onboarding Portal content management: Manage content update as per office and country requirements across MENA for the onboarding portal and other applicable communications.
  • Strategy and program implementation: Manage onboarding operations for all MENA locations, including strategy development, process improvement, and delivery of induction programs—both virtual and in-person—while overseeing facilitator coordination and induction deployment.
  •  Onboarding measurement and evaluation: Oversee onboarding survey delivery and develop evaluation metrics for onboarding programs to enhance the onboarding experience across MENA.
  • Enablement and development of onboarding materials: Manage country-specific induction content updates and deploy them across MENA, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Onboarding functional capabilities: Act as the onboarding subject matter expert for Talent functions in the MENA region.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in onboarding processes or talent management within the MENA region.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
