EY is seeking for an Senior Manager  to lead our Operational Technology (OT) Security competency. This would involve creation and implementation of strategies to achieve business growth, while ensuring service quality standards for the existing portfolio of work, including talent management, operational metrics management, solutions and go-to-market focus.

 

As a competency leader for our Operational Technology (OT) Security practice, you will be responsible for growth and delivery of services/solutions in that comprise this book-of-business. EY will be expected to have wide Cyber exposure that includes at a minimum Cyber Transformation (Cyber Strategy & Cyber GRC), Identity Access Management, Cyber Operations (Next Generation SOC, Incident Response, Penetration Testing, etc.) and Data Protection & Privacy.

 

The Opportunity

 

The  Senior Manager will work with the EY Cyber Partners & Associate Partners in addition to sub-competency leaders to provide the best services to our clients.  They will also provide leadership to the junior staff in the group and be one of the OT security champions for the Cyber Partner. 

 

As an Senior Manager in Cybersecurity in Technology Consulting, you will be part of the team that helps clients solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational, and operational issues by architecting solutions for complex problems.

You will be expected to define problems and hypothesize solutions, facilitate client discussions, and present proposed improvements, perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purpose and consolidate different findings to support implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Growth Strategy - assisting the client with developing a long-range, multi-year view of growth options and strategic recommendations.
  • Strategic Planning – assist in designing a sustainable process and tools for a client to run effective strategic, long-range, and initiative investment planning processes.
  • Enterprise cost reduction and operating model design - assisting the client to reduce costs across the enterprise, and to change the structure, governance, and metrics of the enterprise.
  • Value driver-based decision support - assisting the client to identify drivers of enterprise value, and translate those drivers into planning, reporting and decision support frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Defining, developing and implementing strategic go-to-market plans for OT Security in collaboration with local EY member firms in MENA.
  • Defining, developing and implementing initiatives to build new OT Security solutions in collaboration with EY Global Cybersecurity leaders.
  • Building delivery capabilities to support existing and planned services and solutions.
  • Management of competency operational metrics such as utilization, productivity, bench as well as people metrics such as retention, diversity, learning & certifications etc.
  • Own end-to-end sales opportunity qualification and pursuit, including drafting RFP responses, proposal defense during Orals, drafting Statement of Work (SoW) leveraging expertise in scoping, solutioning and pricing for OT security solutions.
  • Support and drive the overall growth strategy for the Cybersecurity practice as part of the leadership team.
  • Develop and rollout branding and marketing strategy including items such as solution brochures, sales videos, thought leadership, community engagement etc.
  • Inspire and motivate direct and in-direct reporting professionals while fostering an environment of collaboration and participation.
  • Customize EY Cyber services for the OT Security through marketing, sales and delivery material.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage “C” level stakeholders and explain Cyber in business terms.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure success integration of the project to our clients.
  • Key advisor to the EY Cyber MENA Partner and regional steering committees of any OT security specific market changes, opportunities, and issues.

We are looking for an OT Security Senior Manager with capability and experience in some of the following areas:

 

  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, passion and drive to succeed and combat Cyber threats
  • OT sector solution focus, design and deployment
  • Experienced in dealing with Critical National Infrastructure issues
  • Awareness and knowledge Threat Intelligence / feeds platform integration in an enterprise
  • Awareness and knowledge of IAM solutions
  • Awareness and knowledge Big data analytics, dashboards, eGRC and behavioral analysis tools
  • Awareness and knowledge of Cyber Incident Response
  • Awareness and knowledge Attack & Penetration Testing / Ethical Hacking
  • Awareness and knowledge Application Security Risk Assessment
  • Awareness and knowledge of industrial communication protocols and cyber technologies from main ICS vendors.
  • Knowledge of internationally recognized OT security standards, e.g. IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, NIST-CSF, ISO27000 series.
  • Knowledge of network monitoring technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of end point protection tools, techniques and platforms.
  • Knowledge with TCP/IP, security concepts, WAN and LAN concepts, Routing Protocols, Firewall Security policies
  • Knowledge of VPN technology, PKI, AAA, and IDS concepts

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Must have an Bachelor degree in Computer, Information Systems or Engineering related field preferred 10-11 years of overall working experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in consulting services for OT Security.
  • Strong experience on customer service processes and solving issues
  • Proven solution sales record with strong client intimacy
  • Ability to explain business principles of secure system designs in terms of business risk

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Excellent communication, articulation skills and executive presence.
  • Expertise in Cybersecurity solution development, implementation and operation for SCADA, ICS ad DCS systems.
  • Expertise in product security and solutions for connected product security.
  • Experience in OT/IT system integration and security architecture.
  • Deep sector expertise in industries including Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Energy.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards including NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIST 800-82 and application of the same.
  • Knowledge across Cybersecurity domains including Identity & Access Management, Cyber Threat Management, Cyber strategy and governance, Data Security.
  • Internationally recognized technical certifications such as, ISA/IEC 62443 Expert, GIAC Critical Infrastructure Protection (GCIP), GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID), OSCP (CREST Certified).
