The Opportunity
The Supply Chain and Operations Consulting team drives business performance by optimizing and transforming supply chain and manufacturing functions. They design advanced planning processes, translate business strategy into actionable supply chain solutions, and enhance manufacturing productivity through digital and operational improvements. The team also develops frameworks to improve supply chain services and operations across value chains.
We are seeking a manager to join the team in a BCRM Solution Functional Expert role within Supply Chain and Operations Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Functional Requirement Gatherings (FRDs) to map AMI data fields (intervals, alarms) to BCRM billing attributes.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for billing cycles, with a focus on complex scenarios such as estimated versus actual reads.
- Audit data migration scripts to ensure customer master data and historical consumption align with the new BCRM scheme.
- Design and deliver "Train-the-Trainer" programs for internal CSD agents on the new interface.
- Define billing data quality criteria and billing exception categories/workflows, including classification, ownership, and resolution steps.
- Explicitly address prepayment operations in BCRM, including credit management, enable/disable scenarios, protections, and edge cases.
- Align billing handling processes with customer case management documentation standards.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Utility Billing/CRM, with a proven track record of leading at least two major BCRM implementations and go-lives (e.g., SAP IS-U, Oracle CCS, or Salesforce Energy Cloud).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or Finance.
- Master’s degree in business administration or a master’s degree in digital Transformation / Innovation Management.
- Consulting experience is preferred.
- Experience in the Utilities sector is required, with mandatory expertise in the Electric sector; experience in the Water sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Work Environment
- Based in the Middle East (KSA, UAE, Qatar,..), with flexibility for remote and onsite engagements.
