Key Responsibilities

·  Lead the development and execution of innovation strategies, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and fostering a culture that encourages creativity and experimentation

·  Facilitate ideation workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and promote an innovation-driven culture across teams

·  Oversee the evaluation of ideas submitted, prioritizing them based on strategic alignment, feasibility, and potential impact

·  Drive the development of concepts into viable prototypes, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business needs

·  Assess the feasibility, scalability, and potential impact of prototypes, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic fit and expected return on investment

·  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, business developers, and project managers to ensure a consistent and structured innovation process

·  Foster a collaborative working environment that supports continuous improvement and innovation execution

Experience, Professional Qualifications & Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience in innovation management, product development, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving innovation initiatives
• Professional Certifications (preferred):
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AI, IoT)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent

Language Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in English
